On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings we start our days with whole school exercise. It is lead by the students and the choreography is created by each of our whānau at the beginning of every year.
“We do WaiBop in the mornings because exercise can help make us smarter. In reading we learning that 15 – 30 minutes of excerise a day can help our brains function at their best. It also wakes us up for the day so we don’t start our learning while we are tired. At Waimahia we do WaiBop in the morning to get us ready for our learning”
